Although TheBlaze’s Erica Ritz already told you about the “controversy” surrounding Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s “ binders full of women ” comment from Tuesday’s presidential debate, here’s a quick recap: When asked about gender equality in the workplace, Romney said he asked his staff to identify a number of suitable female candidates, in addition to the men.  To emphasize the number of people they considered, Romney said they had “binders full of women.” The Obama campaign didn’t waste any time seizing on the opportunity to use this seemingly innocuous comment to accuse the former Massachusetts of being “out of touch” with women. Indeed, aided by the Obama campaign itself, the “binders” meme continued to grow and take shape Wednesday, eventually making its way into the president’s pre-approved list of campaign zingers . But while some might think dedicating campaign ads to things like Big Bird and offhand remarks about binders is, um, an odd way for the president to make his case for re-election, some of his supporters definitely disagree. In fact, some of them think these are issues are so big that they decided to flood Amazon.com with fake reviews for — you guessed it — a two-inch binder.
