Supreme Court Makes Obamacare a Voluntary Program
In a stunning decision that has surprised everyone, the Supreme Court has upheld Obamacare, including the individual mandate provision at the heart of Obamacare. This ruling changes the complexity of government itself and opens up a wave of legislation to come that, under the guise of the commerce act, will begin to dictate what we buy, where we buy, and even how often we buy what the government wants us to buy.

UPDATE: The law is upheld under the grounds that the individual mandate is a ‘tax’…..
UPDATE: While the Supreme Court upheld both the individual mandate, as a ‘tax’, and the Medicaid mandate for states, it did so with this major caveat- no one can be be penalized for doing it- so, while people are celebrating Obamacare being saved, it actually frees individuals and states from participating in Obamacare
